Elect-to-Work employees are generally very seasoned and highly experienced individuals who do not want to work as a full-time employee and can decline work assignments offered if unavailable for work. In other words, they are considered part-time casual workers.
As an Elect-to-Work worker, you will have the opportunity to work at a variety of different client sites and across diverse industries, when you have availability. An important part of this role is mentoring junior or earlier career employees.
