Kilmarnock Enterprise recognizes that the disciplines of Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental management are an integral part of its management function. The organization views these as a primary responsibility and to be the key to good business in adopting appropriate Quality standards.

SAFETY POLICY
It is the policy of Kilmarnock Enterprise to perform work in the safest possible manner consistent with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
It is this company's belief that every employee is entitled to work in a safe and healthy environment and that every reasonable precaution must be taken to provide such an environment.
This company shall take all reasonable care to ensure that our jobsites comply with:
- the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and
- orders and requirements of inspectors.
By putting into practice the above, our goal is to eliminate any hazards which could cause accidents and injuries.
Compliance with this policy will be regularly reviewed at all employee levels.
Repeated willful violations of this policy by any employee or subcontractor at any level will be recorded and may be considered cause for discipline or dismissal.
