Join our Elect-To-Work team

Elect-to-Work employees are generally very seasoned and highly experienced individuals who do not want to work as a full-time employee and can decline work assignments offered if unavailable for work. In other words, they are considered part-time casual workers.

As an Elect-to-Work worker, you will have the opportunity to work at a variety of different client sites and across diverse industries, when you have availability. An important part of this role is mentoring junior or earlier career employees.

Trades for which we hire Elect-to-Work include:

Millwrights
Welder/Fitters
Machinists

These roles involve working both independently and with skilled team members, troubleshooting and creative problem solving.
